Founder and President of American Asset Management, Inc., is a Registered Investment Advisor with over 20 years of hands on business and investment management experience.

Mr. Rubinstein's career includes the founding of the largest manufacturer of shower stalls in the United States (American Shower & Bath) and then selling the company to Masco Corporation, a Fortune 500 company (MAS; NYSE), five years of executive management and M&A work with MASCO and participation as the operational partner at Sun Capital one of the largest private equity firms in the United States, specializing in the turnarounds of both private and public companies. A noted stock market valuation and income expert, Mr. Rubinstein has been advising individuals and Corporations on their investments and 401-k plans since 1994. Mr. Rubinstein has also been at the forefront of providing independent advice on 529 College savings Plans.

Mr. Rubinstein has served on various committees for Pinecrest School and Bnai Torah Congregation, is a past member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and TEC and was honored as an INC. Magazine Entrepeneur of the year in 1992. Mr. Rubinstein received his Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Business Management from Syracuse University.

Mr. Sidell joined AAM in January, 2010 as Senior Portfolio Manager. He has served as a Financial Advisor in the financial services industry since 1983. Mr. Sidell is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), a Registered Financial Planner (RFP) and a Certified Retirement Consultant (CRC). He is also a registered Arbitrator with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Mr. Sidell manages investor portfolios and provides research and analytical capabilities to AAM. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in Accounting with Minors in Business and Philosophy.

Mr. Sidell is also a graduate of the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, and began his MBA-Finance at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. He has also served as a Registered Financial and Operations Principal, Supervisory Principal, and Bond and Options Principal for several Broker/Dealers over his long career.
